Frequently asked questions
Everything new users usually want to know about access, using Parcours well, and what to expect during the pilot.
Pilot access — free for now
Parcours is currently in pilot mode. Access is controlled, and the product is free during the pilot while we improve it through real user feedback.
What is Parcours
What is Parcours?
Parcours is an AI cycling concierge designed to help you make better trip decisions, from choosing a destination to working out where to stay, what to ride, and how to shape a trip around your goals, time, and riding level.
Who is Parcours for?
Parcours is for cyclists who want better answers when planning a trip. It is especially useful when you are comparing destinations, deciding where to stay, shaping a short trip, or working out bike logistics before booking.
What is Parcours not for?
Parcours is not a generic chatbot for anything and everything. It is built specifically for cycling trip decisions and planning questions. It should also be treated as a planning tool, not as a substitute for real-world judgment, current local checks, or booking diligence.
Are Parcours answers always perfect?
No. Parcours is there to help you make better decisions, not to replace judgment entirely. It is designed to be useful, practical, and increasingly reliable, but you should still apply common sense, especially when booking travel or making ride-critical decisions.
What you will see
What kinds of questions can I ask?
You can ask Parcours practical planning questions such as: should I go to Girona or Mallorca, which town should I stay in, how should I structure 4 or 5 days of riding, which climbs should I prioritise, is this destination right for my riding level, should I bring my own bike or rent, and when is the best time of year to go.
How do I get the best results?
Parcours works best when you ask practical, specific questions. Helpful things to include are where you are thinking of going, how many days you have, your riding level, what kind of riding you want, and whether you care most about climbs, scenery, convenience, variety, or trip simplicity. Better context usually leads to better answers.
Gain Access
How do I sign up?
Go to Parcours and request access or sign up. Because Parcours is currently in pilot mode, access is controlled rather than fully open. Once approved, you can log in and begin using chat.
How do I log in?
Once your access is approved, go to the login page and sign in with your account details. If you have trouble logging in or are not sure whether your access has been approved, please use the contact page and we will help.
Is Parcours free during the pilot, and why?
Yes. Parcours is free during the current pilot. The pilot is about learning quickly, improving the product, and understanding which questions and planning decisions matter most to riders before broader rollout.
Why is access controlled during the pilot?
Access is controlled so the pilot can stay manageable while the product is still improving. That lets us learn from real usage, improve answer quality, respond to feedback, and keep the experience more hands-on while the product evolves.
Get Help
What AI or LLM does Parcours use?
Parcours uses modern large language model technology as part of the product experience. The exact model or provider may change over time as the product improves. What matters more is that Parcours is designed to give cycling-specific planning help, not generic chatbot responses.
What happens to my data?
Parcours uses your questions and conversation context to generate useful responses and improve the product experience. We aim to handle user data responsibly and use it only in ways that support the operation and improvement of Parcours. If you have a specific privacy or data question, please get in touch through the contact page.
Does Parcours store conversation history?
Parcours may store conversation history so your session works properly and the product can improve over time. That helps preserve useful context and makes the experience more practical across multiple planning questions.
How can I give feedback?
Feedback is very welcome, especially during the pilot. If something is unclear, helpful, incomplete, or just not quite right, please tell us. That is one of the fastest ways Parcours improves.
